Made-to-Order Items
All of our leather goods are handcrafted only after your order is placed and payment is received.
Because each item is made specifically for your order, it may not be eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at handstitchedleathert@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your full name;
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs showing the problem.
Once we review your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns
Where a return is agreed, items must:
- be returned in their original condition;
- be securely packaged;
- include all original accessories, if applicable.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the returned item or the buyer provides proof that it has been returned before processing the refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after approval.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Because every leather item is handcrafted specifically for your order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.

Products
All of our leather goods are handcrafted to order after your purchase. Production begins only after payment has been received.
Because every item is handmade from natural leather, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, stitching, and finish are normal and make each piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the natural characteristics of the leather.
Ordering
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products.
A contract is formed once we accept your order and send an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before production begins, for example in cases of pricing errors, unavailable materials, or suspected fraud.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency.
Payment is required in full before production begins.
We accept secure payment through the payment methods offered during checkout.
Production Time
Since every item is handcrafted specifically for each order, production time is typically up to two weeks before shipment.
During busy periods, production may take slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using Slovenian Post and selected shipping partners.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing and are outside our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Because production begins shortly after payment is received, orders for handcrafted made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.

Most of our products are handcrafted specifically after an order is placed and are made for the customer’s order.
Under applicable EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Product Care
Leather is a natural material that develops character over time.
To keep your item in good condition:
- avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight;
- avoid contact with alcohol, ink, oils, and excessive moisture;
- clean with a soft, dry cloth;
- store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Natural ageing of leather is not considered a defect.
Warranty & Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs substantially from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate under applicable consumer protection laws.
